1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by vipbix (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms apply to all users of the vipbix Platform, including but not limited to registered account holders, casual visitors, and participants in promotional activities. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

The vipbix Platform is operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all regulatory requirements imposed by PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine government agencies. Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with vipbix or use any of our gaming services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and voiding of any winnings.

Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing bets, or claiming winnings. If we discover that an underage individual has registered an account or participated in gaming activities, we will immediately close the account, void all transactions, confiscate any deposits and winnings, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

2.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions

While vipbix primarily serves residents of the Philippines, access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted due to legal or regulatory constraints. You represent that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to users from specific geographic locations at our sole discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account with vipbix, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and government-issued identification details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy.

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account with vipbix. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of bonuses, and voiding of any pending withdrawals or winnings.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and account actions. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

vipbix supports various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, etc.), over-the-counter payments at authorized outlets, and cryptocurrency transfers (USDT, Bitcoin, etc.). The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. We reserve the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment provider restrictions, account verification level, and regulatory requirements. Deposits are typically processed instantly for electronic payment methods (GCash, Maya, cryptocurrency) and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

You acknowledge that deposit processing times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including payment provider maintenance, banking holidays, network congestion, or technical issues. vipbix is not liable for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements and Processing

To withdraw funds from your vipbix account, you must have completed the account verification process, including submission and approval of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests.

Minimum withdrawal amounts typically range from ₱200 to ₱500 depending on the payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary: GCash and cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally processed within 2-4 hours, while bank transfers may take 24-48 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience delays.

All bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonuses. See Section 4 (Bonuses and Promotions) for detailed terms.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

vipbix is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct due diligence on any account, request source of funds documentation, freeze accounts pending investigation, and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

To prevent money laundering, we require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 in aggregate within seven (7) days may trigger enhanced verification procedures. Large or unusual transaction patterns may be flagged for review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms Overview

vipbix offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each promotion before participating.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement ranging from 15x to 40x the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days) or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions and Abuse Prevention

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage betting, or using automated systems or bots to manipulate bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we reasonably suspect bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Players engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently banned from the Platform and reported to relevant gaming regulators.

4.3 Game Contribution Towards Wagering

Different game categories contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10-20%; video poker and table games contribute 5-10%; certain excluded games contribute 0%. The specific contribution percentages for each promotion are stated in the bonus terms.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through the vipbix Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. We are not liable for errors in bet placement resulting from user error, technical malfunction, or misunderstanding of game rules.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and may be adjusted at our discretion. While playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits (typically ₱100-₱500 per spin or hand) apply and are specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect game display, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts will be void. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify errors and restore accounts to their correct state prior to the malfunction. Our liability for technical errors is limited to refund of affected bets; we are not responsible for loss of potential winnings.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action: collusion with other players; use of automated betting systems, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software vulnerabilities or bugs; irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses; fraudulent or abusive conduct; harassment of other players or staff; attempting to manipulate game outcomes; using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. We will process withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

6.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

vipbix reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; providing false or misleading information; suspicious or fraudulent activity; failure to complete verification; extended inactivity; request by regulatory authorities; or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled, bonuses will be forfeited, and you will be able to withdraw your remaining real money balance (subject to completion of verification and wagering requirements). We reserve the right to deduct any administrative fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to us before processing the final withdrawal.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the vipbix Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of vipbix or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any content or software from the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The vipbix Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, accurate, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, vipbix, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the vipbix Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and vipbix, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved through good faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

9.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and vipbix regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of vipbix.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
